Shipment Text Consent

Proposed process for launch. Customers currently give permission by text or direct conversation. The standardized script and recording steps below are prepared for approval; they are not evidence of an existing automated enrollment system.

Ask before enrolling

Use this invitation in a direct conversation or as a manual text response in an existing customer conversation. Do not send it as an unsolicited automated enrollment message.

For verbal requests, give the customer the policy links and obtain a clear affirmative answer. For text requests, wait for the customer's affirmative reply. An existing phone number or ordinary order conversation alone does not enroll anyone.

Record and respect the choice

  1. Before sending, record the mobile number, permission date, text or verbal method, agreement scope, policy version and source reference. Hold enrollment if permission cannot be verified.
  2. Confirm enrollment through the approved shipment-text program once it is live.
  3. A STOP reply blocks further shipment texts. Also record cancellation requests received through other support channels and suppress future shipment texts. After any cancellation, obtain and record renewed express written consent for this same shipment-text program before lifting application suppression. Verbal permission alone does not re-enroll a customer after cancellation. If the carrier also blocked the number, the customer must additionally text START or UNSTOP to the shipment number. A generic YES reply or a manual consent-record change does not remove the carrier block.
